Job summary

We Energies in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Energy Services Consultant to be the primary customer contact for residential and small commercial needs, including service delivery, outages, energy quality issues, new services, outdoor lighting, rewires, relocations, and metering tasks.

You will establish strong relationships with homeowners, developers and contractors, coordinate installations, provide price options, and manage requests while promoting energy efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four years Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support.
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license and meet the company's driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to discuss needs and service options.
• Coordinate installation with internal and external resources.
• Provide energy audits and discuss energy efficiency programs.
• Respond to outages and service inquiries.
• Schedule outages and track job status.
• Assist with permits and documentation.
