Job summary

We Energies in Watertown, Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Energy Services Consultant to proactively respond to the sales and service needs of residential and small commercial customers, including service delivery, outages, energy quality issues, and new services.

You will coordinate with homeowners, developers, contractors, and municipal partners to establish and expand service, discuss options and prices, and manage work requests from intake to completion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education required.
• Four years of Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support.
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to discuss needs and service concerns.
• Coordinate installation with internal and external resources and timelines.
• Explain service options and pricing to customers.
• Handle inquiries, outages, and permits, and track work requests.
