Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to operate as the on-site company representative across a defined territory, performing energy efficiency audits, equipment installs, and post-install verifications for residential customers. You will collect technical data, support program managers, and train contractors to meet savings goals.

Ideal candidates reside near Jackson, TN or Nashville area, with relevant certifications and a passion for energy conservation.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • BPI, QCI, or HERS certification preferred.
  • Experience in residential energy conservation is a key attribute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build relationships with residential customers and contractors to ensure proper energy efficiency installations.
  • Record and track contractor interactions and verify installations meet program savings.
  • Inform, educate, and train contractors about the program.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to complete projects per contract.
  • Document customer and contractor interactions to meet program requirements.
  • Act as on-site program representative to encourage participation and resolve barriers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on installation/configuration per client specs.
