CLEAResult seeks a Program Field Specialist to support our low-income energy efficiency program, delivering high-quality in-home energy assessments and weatherization measures in coordination with internal teams and partners. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license; a Bachelor's is a plus.
