IES is seeking a Residential Piece-Rate Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on active job sites. You will read plans, follow codes, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and teammates to ensure safe and compliant work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support accurate project execution.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
