Job summary

Donovan Air, Electric, and Plumbing is seeking residential Electricians to join a team focused on exceptional customer service and safe, high-quality electrical work. You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems, while documenting work and engaging customers about service options.

We offer a robust compensation package with PTO, health plans, and a company-matching 401K. This is an hourly plus commission role in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting in a residential setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of city codes and safety practices.
• Integrity and the ability to promote a positive company image.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs consistent with electrical code standards.
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area.
• Educate and offer appropriate upgrades to customers.
• Document work completed with before/after photos and invoices.
