Donovan Air, Electric, and Plumbing is seeking residential Service Plumbers to join our team of energetic professionals delivering top customer service. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, drains, and perform code-compliant plumbing work with attention to quality and safety.

The role offers an hourly plus commission structure, competitive benefits, and a strong culture of growth. A minimum of 4 years residential plumbing service experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of city codes.
• Leak location and repair knowledge.
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
• Good time management and detail orientation.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work outside in heat/cold, on ladders/roofs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs up to code standards and replace water heaters.
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, toilets).
• Drain cleaning and use of sewer machines.
• Maintain clean work area and educate customers on upgrades.
• Invoice repairs and document work with photos.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch.
