You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems, mentor Apprentices, ensure code compliance, and document work using company software.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Residential electrical experience required
Applicable state and local electrical licenses
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and codes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components
Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
Inspect electrical systems and recommend safety improvements
Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes
Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
Accurately document completed work using company software
