Donovan Air, Electric, and Plumbing is seeking residential HVAC Service Technicians to join a team dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience. You will diagnose systems, perform repairs, provide pricing options, and ensure safety and code compliance on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of city codes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems to code standards.
• Provide options, pricing, and upsell appropriate upgrades.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and safety equipment while traveling to sites.
• Educate customers on maintenance requirements and system improvements.
• Collaborate with apprentices and junior installers to share knowledge.
