The role focuses on repairs, service upgrades, and invoicing with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of residential plumbing experience, solid trouble shooting skills, knowledge of city codes, and a commitment to professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential plumbing service & repair experience.
• Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of city codes.
• Leak location and repair knowledge.
• Integrity and the ability to promote a positive company image.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Can lift up to 75 pounds without additional manpower or device.
• Work safely in outdoor heat/cold, on ladders/roofs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and uniform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs in line with or exceeding code standards.
• Water heater repair and replacement.
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, toilets).
• Drain cleaning.
• Operate sewer machines competently.
• Maintain clean working area to increase customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on upgrades and complete work promptly or as scheduled.
• Discuss home system concerns with homeowners.
• Invoice repairs and projects at the job site and electronically.
• Document work with before/after photos and communicate with customers.
• Maintain company vehicle, stock, tools, and safety equipment.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to keep schedules.
