Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to run end-to-end service calls, diagnose issues, and present home-based electrical solutions. You will build trust with homeowners, explain options, and close work with strong customer service skills.

The role emphasizes no on-call, a take-home vehicle with gas card, paid training, and ongoing coaching to help you grow earnings and career in a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of electrical service experience.
• Residential service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners.
• Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for an experienced Residential Service Electrician who can do more than diagnose and fix electrical problems. We want someone who knows how to run a great service call from start to finish—build trust, find the right solutions, present options, close the work, and take care of the customer.

NO ON-CALL. Take-home vehicle. Paid training. Strong earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Run residential electrical service and repair calls
