Job summary

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who can run a service call from start to finish, building trust and delivering solutions to homeowners.

You will diagnose issues, present repair options, discuss pricing and financing, close the work, and ensure a great customer experience. NO ON-CALL, take-home vehicle, paid training, and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing service experience.
• Residential service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners.
• Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
