Job summary

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can run residential service calls from start to finish—build trust, diagnose issues, present options, and close work with homeowners.

No on-call shifts. Take-home vehicle, gas card, paid training, tool allowance, iPad and uniforms provided. PTO, company holidays, and benefits after 60 days. 401(k) with 2% company match, parental leave, and team events in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Residential service experience strongly preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners.
• Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
