Job summary

Village Plumbing, Air and Electric seeks an experienced residential service electrician with strong sales ability. You will diagnose issues on service calls, present options, and close the sale, while some jobs are handled by the Install team.

A Master Electrician will follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term quality. This straight commission role offers unlimited earning potential, ongoing sales training, and opportunities to generate leads for other Village departments.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical license with TDLR (Residential Wireman or higher)
• Valid Drivers license and good driving record
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues on service calls, present options, and close the sale.
• Complete small jobs (≤1 hour) and have larger jobs handled by the Install team.
• Field Supervisor (Master Electrician) will follow up to ensure quality service.
• Identify other trade opportunities and create leads for Village departments; earn 5 star reviews.
