Job summary

Village Plumbing, Air & Electric is expanding into a new electrical division and seeks motivated, customer-focused Sales/Service Electricians in the Houston area. Work from home dispatch to first call, diagnose electrical issues, present options, and collaborate with team leaders.

Performance-based opportunities include earning a portion of sales from leads and promoting maintenance plans. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, weekly pay with direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with

Qualifications

Prior experience as a residential service electrician.
Current TDLR Electrical License (Residential Wireman or higher).
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
Bonus points for Service Titan experience, sales background, or generator installation expertise.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve residential electrical issues at customer sites.
Present repair or replacement options to homeowners and complete work or hand off to Install team.
Take detailed notes and photos and upload to Service Titan.
Promote the Village Partner Plan and other services when applicable.
Assist in turning leads into sales for other Village departments.
