Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship or training program, or equivalent residential electrical field experience.
• California ET registration or applicable state certification required for your work.
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, including panels, grounding, bonding, and life-safety equipment.
• Ability to perform minor residential electrical repairs within your skill level.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential Electrical Safety Inspections using the established inspection process and form.
• Follow a consistent inspection path through service equipment, panels, grounding/bonding, branch circuits, devices, life-safety equipment, exterior areas, attic, and crawlspaces.
• Evaluate the system, document findings with notes and photos, and classify conditions.
• Discuss findings with homeowners and present repair, replacement, safety, and improvement options.
• Identify needs for additional evaluation or specialized sales support and generate qualified leads.
• Complete required estimates, signatures, payments, and customer communications in ServiceTitan before closing each appointment.
