Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an Electrical Safety Inspector (ESI) who combines residential electrical knowledge with clear communication and a customer-first approach. You will inspect the home's electrical system, explain findings, and help homeowners choose safe, appropriate solutions.

This role emphasizes trust through thorough inspections, accurate documentation, and honest recommendations, with scheduled inspections and related maintenance rather than primary

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship or training program, or equivalent residential electrical field experience.
• California Electrical Trainee (ET) registration or applicable state electrical certification.
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems including panels, grounding/bonding, circuits, devices, and life-safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential Electrical Safety Inspections using established inspection process and forms.
• Follow a consistent inspection path through service equipment, panels, grounding, bonding, branches, devices, life-safety equipment.
• Evaluate the system as a whole and classify conditions using stoplight standards.
• Document findings with notes, photos, testing results, and supporting information.
• Discuss findings with homeowners and present repair, replacement, safety, reliability, and improvement options.
• Identify needs requiring additional evaluation or sales support and generate qualified self-set leads.
• Perform minor electrical repairs within your skill level.
• Complete required estimates, signatures, payments, and customer communications in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and vehicle; follow safety procedures.
