Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a full-time Electrical Safety Inspector to assess residential electrical systems and communicate results clearly to homeowners. You will inspect panels, grounding, branch circuits, and life-safety equipment, and present safe, practical options with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have an approved electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience, California ET registration, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship or training program, or equivalent field experience.
• California ET registration or applicable state electrical certification as required.
• Strong observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical conditions clearly and professionally to homeowners.
• Experience with residential electrical systems, panels, grounding and life-safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential Electrical Safety Inspections using our established process.
• Inspect panels, grounding & bonding, branch circuits, devices, life-safety equipment, and related areas.
• Document findings with notes, photographs, testing results, and supporting information.
• Discuss findings with homeowners and develop and present repair, replacement, safety, and improvement options.
• Complete required estimates, signatures, payment processing, invoice summaries, and customer communications in ServiceTitan.
