Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead our residential electrical operations in Colorado. This role requires an active Colorado Master Electrician License and will drive safety, quality, and customer service across field teams.

You will supervise installations, repairs, and upgrades, mentor apprentices and journeymen, and ensure adherence to NEC and local codes.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience with NEC and Colorado code knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams; field and admin balance.
• Experience mentoring apprentices and journeymen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential electrical operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades including EV chargers.
• Coordinate with HVAC electrical work and zoning systems as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians and apprentices in the field.
• Mentor and develop electricians to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, permitting, and company standards.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot complex circuits and controls.
