Qualifications

• Proven experience leading residential electrical teams.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Service Manager.
• Strong knowledge of residential systems, service upgrades, generators, and panels.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and safe, compliant installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing residential electricians team.
• Oversee field installations from start to finish and ensure quality workmanship.
• Review work for code compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage productivity, costs, and field operations to drive profitability.
• Foster recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of electricians.
