Heartland Home Service in Elkhart, IN is hiring a Residential Electrical Manager to lead a new division from the ground up. You will own operations, build a team of licensed electricians, and partner with leadership to drive growth and profitability.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and customer outcomes while fostering accountability, craftsmanship, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role with true ownership and long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician or ready to sit for exam.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
