You will manage budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and customer outcomes while fostering accountability, craftsmanship, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role with true ownership and long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician or ready to sit for exam.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead the residential electrical division from day one.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and service quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of electricians.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
