Folkes Home Services is seeking a Residential Drains Technician to perform drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, and preventative maintenance for residential clients. You will use cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras to diagnose issues and restore proper flow while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of drain cleaning, sewer maintenance, or related residential service experience.
• Proficiency with drain-cleaning equipment such as cable machines, high‑pressure jetters, and sewer cameras.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field-service software.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and code compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning and clearing in sinks, tubs, toilets, main lines, and sewer systems.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections to identify root intrusion and defects.
• Diagnose drain and sewer issues and recommend solutions to restore flow.
• Provide preventative maintenance and system flushing to prevent future issues.
• Document work using Service Titan and maintain accurate job notes.
