Job summary

Call The Bee is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to advance your drain-cleaning career with a trusted CT service leader. You will perform residential drain cleaning, sewer line diagnostics, and preventative maintenance while delivering friendly, professional service to homeowners.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience, proficiency with cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, and Service Titan or similar software. A valid driver’s license and strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in drain cleaning or residential service.
• Proficiency with drain tools (cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, locators).
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field software preferred.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drain cleaning & clearing using cable machines and jetters.
• Sewer line diagnostics with camera inspections.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing drain issues.
• Preventative maintenance and system flushing.
• Communicate findings and options to homeowners.
• Prepare service estimates and recommendations.
• Document work in Service Titan and manage notes.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
