Job summary

Superior Comfort Inc. in Rhode Island is seeking an experienced Drain Technician to perform residential drain cleaning, sewer line diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. You will work with cable machines, jetters, and cameras to keep homes flowing smoothly and safely.

You'll communicate findings clearly to homeowners, prepare accurate estimates, and document work in Service Titan, upholding our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of drain cleaning or residential service experience.
• Proficient with cable machines, jetters, cameras, locators.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Detail-oriented with safety and code knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning and clearing blockages.
• Conduct sewer line diagnostics with camera inspections.
• Troubleshoot drain and sewer issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide preventative maintenance and descaling.
• Explain findings and repair options to homeowners.
• Prepare service estimates and recommendations.
• Document work in Service Titan and maintain records.
• Operate and maintain drain-cleaning equipment safely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish.
