Call The Bee is seeking a Residential Drain Technician in Connecticut to join a trusted local team. You will perform residential drain cleaning, diagnose sewer issues, and provide clear cost estimates while delivering friendly, professional service to homeowners.

With 2–3+ years of field experience, you’ll work with cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras, using Service Titan for job notes and scheduling. A valid driver’s license and safety‑conscious approach are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in drain cleaning or related residential service role.
• Strong technical skills with drain-cleaning tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field-service software.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Drain Cleaning & Clearing – clear blockages using cable machines, jetters, and tools.
• Sewer Line Diagnostics – perform camera inspections to identify root intrusion or damage.
• Troubleshooting – diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
• Preventative Maintenance – descale, treat roots, flush systems to prevent issues.
• Customer Communication – explain findings, options, and estimates clearly.
• Cost Estimates – provide accurate service estimates and long-term plans.
• Service Titan Documentation – record work, notes, and customer interactions.
• Equipment Care & Safety – maintain tools and comply with safety standards.
• Customer Service Excellence – ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
