Job summary

Call The Bee is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Service Technician licensed in CT to install, maintain and repair electrical systems in homes. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of electrical safety codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Residential Electrical Service Technician or similar role
• Valid electrical license as required by CT/state regulations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and components; ability to diagnose and repair issues
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to comply with electrical codes
• Customer-focused communication to explain issues and solutions clearly
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to installations and repairs

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties
• Perform general electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair of issues
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring or fixtures
• Inspect circuit breakers and transformers and perform corrective maintenance
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Ensure all work complies with national electrical codes and local regulations
• Communicate with customers about issues, solutions, and outcomes; upsell when appropriate
• Track repairs and service calls through Service Titan with detailed documentation
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers and team members
