Job summary

Call The Bee in New London County, CT is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to install, repair and replace plumbing systems in our new facility. The role requires a CT P2/P1 license and 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, with strong customer communication and safety focus.

You will use Service Titan to document work, estimate costs, and ensure code compliance while providing excellent service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, residential focus.
• Valid CT plumbing license (P2 or P1).
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing installations, repairs, replacements for residential homes.
• Inspect systems for safety, code compliance, and water quality.
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Interact with customers to explain issues and recommendations.
• Prepare cost estimates for plumbing work.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
