Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in drain cleaning or related residential service.
• Proficiency with drain-cleaning tools and equipment.
• Experience with field-service software preferred (Service Titan).
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented work that meets safety and code standards.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drain Cleaning & Clearing - clear blockages in sinks, tubs, toilets, main lines and sewers.
• Sewer Line Diagnostics - perform camera inspections to identify root intrusion and defects.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Preventative Maintenance Services - descaling, root treatment and flushing.
• Customer Communication - explain findings and service options clearly.
• Cost Estimates & Recommendations - provide accurate estimates and long-term solutions.
• Service Titan Documentation - document work, notes, and history in the system.
• Equipment Care & Safety - maintain tools and follow safety protocols.
• Customer Service Excellence - deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish.
