Skills of Central PA, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Program Specialist to work in the Blair County area.

The shift for this position will be Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, with some flexibility required. The Program Specialist will coordinate training and guidance to pertinent team members to help the people we support achieve their maximum potential in activities of daily living, personal care, functional activities and community participation, using positive approaches while respecting the

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above with 1 year work experience with individuals with an intellectual disability.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years work experience with individuals with an intellectual disability.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years work experience with individuals with an intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and guidance to team members to assist people supported to achieve maximum potential in ADLs, personal care, functional activities and community participation.
• Work within Chapter 5100 and 6400 regulations and apply Everyday Lives, person-centered approaches, and rights-based practices.
• Shift is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm with some flexibility as required.
