Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and a heart for service.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Assistance: Support participants with ADLs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
• Medication & Safety: Administer prescribed medications accurately and prioritize health and welfare.
• Goal Mentorship: Help participants achieve personal goals and skill-building milestones.
• Community & Connection: Plan activities and engage residents in a joyful home environment.
• Reporting: Complete daily progress notes and documentation with accuracy.
