Qualifications

• Pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Assistance: support with ADLs, meal prep, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
• Medication & Safety: administer prescribed medications and prioritize residents’ health and welfare.
• Goal Mentorship: help participants achieve personal goals and skill-building milestones.
• Community & Connection: plan activities and share enjoyable experiences with residents.
• Reporting: complete daily progress notes and documentation with accuracy.
