Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Care Workers/Residential Aides in the Carver area to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role involves delivering daily care, documenting progress, and promoting independence and social skills.

The position offers hourly compensation up to $19, with pay contingent on experience, education, availability, and skills. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a valid driver's license for

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting.
Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required.
Must possess a valid Driver's License to transport residents as needed.
Map Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide care and support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health and/or medical challenges in a residential setting.
Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication, and socialization skills.
Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements
