Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Care Workers/Residential Aides in Cambridge, MA to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living, reinforce personal care, and document progress to meet state and federal requirements.

The role offers $20–$21 per hour, with compensation based on experience, education, availability, and skills. Successful candidates are self-motivated, energetic, and professional, with certifications such as First Aid/CPR

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required.
• Map Certification is a plus.

HOURLY RATE

• $20 to $21/hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.
