Job summary

Delta-T Group Massachusetts, Inc. seeks Direct Care Counselors in Lowell, MA to provide care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in residential programs. Immediate start available for dedicated caregivers.

You will reinforce daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with a team. A valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR are required; enjoy flexible schedules and weekly pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a healthcare setting.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain First Aid/CPR and other required certifications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to transport individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication and socialization skills
• Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements
