Job summary

Delta-T Group Massachusetts, Inc. is actively recruiting Direct Care Counselors for immediate start in Carver, MA. This temporary role supports adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, delivering personal care, skill-building, and daily living activities.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining a safe environment, and following state requirements. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification are expected, with certification upgrades available

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License to transport residents as needed.
• Must be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR and other required certifications.

• Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication, and socialization skills.
• Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements.

We have an immediate need. Our Client is seeking Direct Care Workers/Residential Aides in the Carver area

Hourly Rate

• Up to $19/hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

Summary of Client's Description of This Opportunity
