Gesher Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Residential in Southfield, MI. The role provides direct care to clients in group or private homes, following treatment plans and supporting daily living activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver's license with vehicle, and flexibility for afternoon to overnight shifts, including transportation responsibilities and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be over 18 years old
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, own vehicle, insurance and registration
• Flexibility and basic housekeeping skills

Responsabilités

• Implement client treatment plans as determined by the treatment team
• Provide transportation to vocational, day programs, medical and dental appointments and activities
• Assist with daily living tasks and household chores when needed
• Accurately document client interactions and health information
