Aufgaben

• Cares for individuals with disabilities in a residential environment including community activities.
• Advocates for those served at personal, family, and community levels.
• Observes and documents changes in physical and mental condition of those served.
• Administers first aid and simple nursing procedures as needed.
• Ensures privacy and dignity of those served and reports suspected abuse or neglect.
• Transports individuals to and from community locations using agency or personal vehicle as needed.
• Assists in meal preparation, cleaning, minor home repairs and light residential maintenance.
• Provides hospitality to all visitors at the residence.
• Explores opportunities for community participation for those served.
• Communicates health risks or hazardous conditions to the agency hierarchy.
