You will manage schedules, uphold standards, and contribute to budgeting, vendor relations, and facility upkeep within Penn State's dining program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate assigned employees; prepare schedules.
• Monitor food preparation and ensure overall quality of products and services offered.
• Address staff, customer, and vendor issues; provide guidance and timely solutions.
• Analyze budgetary items, containment costs, and business growth opportunities.
