Qualifikationen

• Requires basic arithmetic and following written instructions.
• Up to 3 months of effective experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare machines for operations.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Drain and clean machines.
• Clean and wash dishes, glasses, silverware, trays, utensils, conveyor belts and other equipment.
• Remove, stack and store clean dishes in proper areas.
• Bleach or remove stains from china and glasses; polish brass and stainless steel.
• Wash, scour, rinse, dry and store pots and pans used in meal prep.
• Set up dining hall serving counters and beverage/condiment stations; replenish serving lines.
• Serve food/beverages in posted portion sizes; manage warmers as needed.
• Return food, dishes, utensils to kitchen when lines close.
• Operate kitchen equipment like potato peeler, dish machine, scrubbing machine, buffer.
• Clean, sweep, mop, wax and buff floors; maintain areas per schedule.
• Use ladders to clean fixtures; replace bulbs as needed.
• Clean offices, kitchen areas, snack bars, linen room, restrooms, dock, etc.
• Collect and remove refuse; assist in unloading supplies and taking inventory.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Make minor equipment adjustments as needed.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor.
