Job summary

You will supervise Developmental Technicians, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality active treatment 24/7 alignment with program plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of related experience.
• Experience supervising Developmental Technicians in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to 12-45 Developmental Technicians.
• Oversee daily operations of the home and assign staff tasks.
• Guide and support staff to ensure quality active treatment.
• Monitor safety, sanitation and compliance with policies.
• Maintain time records and ensure accurate scheduling in the EHR.
