Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center, part of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, seeks a Health Care Supervisor (S) to oversee residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise Developmental Technicians and ensure habilitative care, program adherence, and data monitoring in the EHR.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, timekeeping, and maintaining safety and quality standards across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable state policies and Division procedures.
• Supervise 12-45 Developmental Technicians and coordinate daily operations.
• Manage time of self and others to meet program goals.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and scheduling records for staff.
• Ensure safety and quality active treatment per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of daily operations of the home.
• Assign and support Developmental Technicians to deliver habilitative care.
• Monitor performance, training, and staff schedules.
• Ensure documentation and timekeeping are completed accurately.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and compliance with governing standards.
