Job summary

Description of Work

This position is assigned to a Division of Residential Services which is composed of a number of homes responsible for the provision of residentially based services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The purpose of the division is to ensure the provision of direct and indirect habilitative care, treatment, and programming in order to promote growth, autonomy, productivity, and dignity. Services and support are provided on a 24-hour basis to individuals served as outlined in individual program plans. Provide direct supervision of the daily operations of the home and provide assignments, guidance, and support to the Developmental Technicians to ensure that adequate care, quality habilitative programming and services are provided to the individuals residing within the Home. The Developmental Supervisor is also responsible for performance management, staff training, staff work schedules, safety, sanitation, and compliance with governing standards, guidelines, and policies. Monitoring of data within the Electronic Health Record.

Salary Range: $35,770.00 - $53,654.00

• Good working knowledge of State, Caswell's and Divisional policies and procedures. Ability to manage time of self and others productively.
• Provides direct supervision to 12-45 Developmental Technicians.
• Observes and monitors staff daily to ensure appropriate active treatment.
• Post and keep time records on Developmental Technicians, maintain accuracy of all assigned staff time records.
• Ensures completion of all documentation related to timekeeping and schedules staff to ensure safety and quality active treatment for all residents residing in the homes.

This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.
