Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) for the San Francisco Territory. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and a path to significant earning potential through uncapped commissions and sales incentives.

You will visit homeowners, present window and door replacement options, and aim for same-day closes using a proven sales process. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and close deals on the same day.
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes.
• Follow a structured and proven sales process.
