Renewal by Andersen in the San Francisco area is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) to visit pre-scheduled homes and present window and door replacement options. This role combines consultative selling with a strong one-call close approach.

You will earn a full commission structure (uncapped) with training, mentorship, and the potential to win an annual Sales Trip. Travel up to 2 hours daily is expected, and a full benefits package is available.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Have a valid Driver's License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
