The role offers paid training, mentorship, a full insurance package, a 401(k), and opportunities to earn $200k–$300k+ annually through uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad applications for sales presentations.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on replacement projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.
