Renewal by Andersen in Pooler, GA is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) to guide homeowners through one of their biggest investments. You’ll meet clients in their homes and at times evenings and weekends, diagnosing needs and designing beautiful door and window solutions with support from our training team.

You’ll be responsible for every step from discovery to close, building trust, presenting tailored options, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Drive is essential; no formal industry experience required.
• Proven track record of outperforming in sales or related fields.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Able to lift and carry ~40 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into homeowner needs and diagnose it faster and better.
