Job summary

Guardian Protection is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the friendly voice behind our security and smart home technology offerings. You will assist customers with alarm monitoring, billing, and device questions, delivering compassionate service and adding value through upsell opportunities.

You’ll work to build lasting relationships, offer basic product support, and help customers get the most from their Guardian systems.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Guardian - helping customers get the most out of their security systems and smart home technology.

• Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
• Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers.
• Perform basic product support.
• Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers.
• Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to demonstrate patience and genuine compassion.

• Comfort with technology and multitasking across systems.
• Effective communication skills - clear, kind, and confident.
• A high school diploma.
