Guardian Protection is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Pennsylvania to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping customers get the most from their security systems and smart home technology.

You will handle calls about monitoring, billing, and account inquiries, delivering compassionate, solutions-focused support and promoting value-added services. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a strong, people-centered culture.

• Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers benefit from our products and services.
