Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Residential Custodial Services in planning, coordinating, and directing daily custodial work to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide direct supervision of custodial staff, assign work, monitor workloads, and ensure schedules and performance standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to evaluate service quality and address deficiencies.
• Identify training needs and reinforce cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices; report progress to leadership.
• Maintain documentation on staffing, inspections, performance, attendance, and work assignments; use systems like PeopleSoft or MAXIMO for scheduling and communication.
